Did You Know: The Rolling Stones Sang About Rice Krispies?


Back in the early 1960s, the Rolling Stones were just an up and coming band out of England. But that didn't stop Rice Krispies from contacting the rockers to record a jingle about Snap, Crackle and Pop. The song, which was likely recorded in 1963 or 1964, has a lick so hot you might burn your ears just listening to it. Sing it, Mick!

"Dancing In The Street" Without Music Is...Just, Well, Kind Of Amazing



This is something that simultaneously never needed to happen, yet also amazing and I'm mad I didn't think of this first. It's a very simple concept: what would a music video sound like without the music? In the case of David Bowie and Mick Jagger's cover of "Dancing In The Street", it's a whole lot of gruntin'. Well job.
